The Gonino Wellness Group offers a variety of counseling modalities:

We offer evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness, meditative and contemplative stress reduction (to include pre/post Op and chronic pain management).

Most of our seminars and workshops include research-approved stress reduction techniques that include:

• gentle yoga,
• clinical meditation, &
• guided imagery.

Meet the Counselor


Elizabeth Davis, Licensed Professional Counselor Intern

Elizabeth completed her practicum at Timberlawn Psychiatric Hospital’s Trauma Unit. There she provided individual and group therapy to patients with a variety of emotional challenges ranging from dissociative disorder, PTSD, bipolar disorder, major depression, panic disorder and schizoaffective disorder.

Her theoretical orientation is eclectic, relying on psychodynamic, CBT and attachment theories. Her special interests include childhood trauma and it’s resulting emotional distress in adulthood. Her approach is holistic - caring for the mind, body and spirit.
Elizabeth does not have a direct relationship with insurance companies. She will provide patients with the documentation needed to provide to their companies for reimbursment.
